Property "Direct" America was established as a business partnership in July 2007 after much discussion between a group of renowned and acknowledged real estate and investment professionals. They also all happen to be business associates and good friends. Between them they represent nearly 200 YEARS of experience in real estate investment on both sides of the Atlantic - and further. All are fully licensed in their particular spheres of the real estate and investment professions. After watching the US market very carefully, (and foreseeing the current situation over 2 years ago), they decided the time is right to bring the US investment property market to the knowledge of the European property investor. Therefore the "partnership" was formed.
It is the intention of the partners to pass on their wealth of experience's to interested investors.
