Mike Rodetsky
Mike is a true real estate and financial "Legend"! Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mike is a graduate from New York University with a degree in Finance. Mike' background in Finance is quite diverse. He first began working on Wall Street fresh out of college, and throughout the 1960's. After making his first million at age 22, Mike got the urge for change beginning with working with internationally known motivational speaker, Jim Rohn. Mike produced and marketed Jim's Adventures in Achievement series on becoming a better person.
During that same period, Mike worked and trained with some of American's top motivational speakers, such as Anthony Robbins and Brian Tracy.
Mike got his start in real estate in 1974, as a real estate salesman and quickly rose to vice president of California's largest real estate company, Van Vleck Realty. His background working with and training some of the top sales people in California soon helped to realize that working for someone else was not in his plans. In 1977, Mike moved with his family and started a new business in Tampa Bay area in Florida. But, he soon found that owning real estate was the best way for him to accomplish all his goals. So, with his wife's help he proceeded to start acquiring houses for rentals.
Mike soon found that the greatest path to financial independence was through owning and controlling real estate throughout the United States.
In 1993 he formed Major Financial Services Inc. A mortgage company dedicated to helping investors succeed. In 1999, Mike was asked by the largest private investment education firm in the US to be a guest lecturer and educator helping thousands of folks make millions of dollars using mortgages.
Mike credentials are President of Major Financial Services Inc., President of Wealth Builders REEA, Inc., Member of American Cash Flow's Millionaires Club, Past President, (and founding member), of National Real Estate Investors Association.
Mike has been married to his wife Gloria, for over 45 years. Mike and Gloria, along with their two children, Ellen and Craig all work together with their families.
