Jeff Petracco
Jeff Petracco has been a full time real estate investor since 1992, when he gave up a career in retail management. Hearing how folks were making millions using real estate he decided to give it a try. Over the past 16 years he has been buying properties for wholesale profit, re-hab, and keepers. He has been involved in 100's of transactions both for his family as well as his clients. Jeff specializes in working with investors by coaching them both on the phone as well as one on one contact. Through Wealth Builders coaching program, there students have bought and flipped, re-habbed and sold, and even kept some for rentals with positive cash flow to help build their real estate portfolio.
Jeff found a knack for finding real estate markets both abroad and here in the US, Over the past 2 years he has been working with some of France's largest builders helping folks worldwide take advantage of the different benefits offered for investors.
Jeff and his wife have worked closely with some of the world's best real estate educators, folks like Ron Legrand, Robert Shemin, as well as Dr Albert Lowry.
Jeff and wife Ellen live in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. They have one daughter. Jeff is currently Vice President of Wealth Builders, REEA, Inc, The National Marketing Director for The Property Direct Group, and a past director of National Real Estate Investors Association.
