Jean-Philippe Gadel
Jean-Philippe was literally "born" into the construction business, his father being a renowned villa developer on the French Riviera. After obtaining degree's in international commerce, management and administration, Jean-Philippe first joined his father and then had his own development company for 10 years until taken over by a major international development group. He then spent 4 years as Development Director for one of France's biggest developers before joining the Propriété "Direct" France group as Commercial Director in 2003.
He lives in a village above Nice on the Cote d'Azur
